Hello lovely human, I am so happy you are here! Take a deep breath and get comfortable as I share with you my story and my philosophy on life and healing.

I believe that we are all powerful beings capable of states of bliss, creativity, love, passion, and personal power. We are born with a strong connection to the Divine, our intuition, and our highest potential.

 

In our lives we are faced with challenges in the form of poverty, abuse, neglect, negative societal conditioning, rejection, physical illness, and pain. Every challenge we face provides us with growth opportunities, if we can maintain our power and learn from these challenges. For years, I struggled with the impacts of trauma, low self-esteem, limiting beliefs, and a life that felt empty and unfulfilling.

I spent a lot of time searching for "the answer" only to discover that all the answers were within me (and they're within you too!). Turning toward myself with compassion and love, I was able to access repressed trauma, mental and emotional blocks, and limiting beliefs and to finally begin the path toward healing. 

 

There is no limit to what you can create when you give yourself the compassion and love you desire or when you allow yourself to acknowledge, feel, and heal your pain. No matter where you are in your own journey, you are filled with immeasurable possibilities and potential, you are powerful and capable of your dreams and it's time you believe that about yourself too! You are here for a reason and this is your time to reclaim your connection to your Divinity, your intuition, and your highest potential.
